Michael is currently a Sr. Economic Development Specialist at PECO. After high school Michael joined the US Navy and after six years of service he went on to earn his B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technologies from Drexel University. He joined Exelon in 2007 and worked as a project manager in electric generation power plants, and in 2010 he transitioned to the electric distribution side of the business where he gained operational experience.  He earned his M.S. in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado where he studied past, present and future energy technologies and their impact on global energy markets. He currently works to help PECO and external stakeholders find common ground in new technologies and concepts as they relate to the dynamic energy industry. He is currently working on a program with a local transit agency in helping identify challenges and opportunities associated with electrifying fleet vehicles at scale.
