Facilities

The PRECISE center is located in the heart of The School of Engineering and Applied Science, which lies at the prominent northeast corner of The University of Pennsylvania's campus. It spans approximately 3166 square feet of space in Levine Hall. Its central lab area surrounded by open floor space fosters vibrant interaction among its faculty, post-doctoral and visiting researchers, graduate students, and administrative and technical staff.

Faculty and students join us from the Departments of Computer and Information Science (CIS), Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics (MEAM), and Electrical and Systems Engineering (ESE). The Lab provides space for experiments, significant computing power for modeling and testing, electrical and circuitry design. In addition, the Lab’s diverse researchers provide expertise to fuse theory, simulation, and practice into working systems. We continuously upgrade the software and hardware in use at the labs to ensure that our teams are always working with cutting-edge technologies and receiving the best possible education.
